CAMO: THREE WAYS

As a stylist for over a decade, one of my favorite tricks, is to teach my clients how to wear pieces in their wardrobes several ways.

Whether you buy a $10 T-shirt or a $5k gown, wouldn't it be nice to know that you can wear it more than once? We all work hard for our money and deserve to enjoy it, right?

That was my inspiration for this post. To show you how to wear a busy pair of pants (we're not talking about styling jeans three ways - that's simple), in different environments and scenarios that match your lifestyle.

Lets jump right in and if you have any questions regarding this post or any other, please feel free to comment below, or DM me as many of you do. I'm here to help and be your personal stylist!

Let's start with something fun, shall we?

LOOK 1: Date night or ladies night!

By now you should all know that mixing patterns, prints and price points is MY thing! So naturally, I paired THREE busy patterns together to show you how it can totally be attainable and work flawlessly.

As you can see, this cold shoulder sweatshirt is an aztec print in pretty shades of peach, purple, pink and blue. Ironically enough, my pants have a very similar pink print lining in the pockets! I paired it with my favorite loose fitting camo pants in more muted shades of green.

My lace-up snake skin (faux) brown, black and cream Zara sandals add another print. I like to push the limits!

To top off my look I always, as you know, wear a great pair of sunnies! These oversized aviators are pink reflective Miu Miu's from Neiman Marcus at Westfield Garden State Plaza. My #handmadebyHeather bag is PERFECT for spring and adds a bit more whimsy to the entire ensemble. *Contact me to get your very own before they fly off the shelves (pun intended)!*

LOOK 2: The office

Quick change! A crisp white button-down shirt is a STAPLE! Ladies, you should own three at the very minimum. I have a variety and this one happens to be my favorite because of the ruffle detail and big bow that ties at the neck. I love a neck detail!

Tuck your shirt in to accentuate your waist, throw on a tailored blazer, a pair of pointy-toe pumps, and grab a killer clutch, and I promise, you'll be a boss babe in no time!

I love the bright blue paired with my white shirt and pumps, which also plays off my #handmadebyHeather clutch and compliments my pants. The briefcase style bag above is vintage and was my mom's. That felt very office chic to me! As you can see, just a change in handbags can take your outfit from the office (briefcase or large tote) to drinks on the town (clutch).

LOOK 3: Hanging out with friends, attending a concert, soccer game, running errands, etc.

Being a huge fan of anything oversized, it's only natural that I threw a pale pink fur over me. I love to juxtapose really feminine pieces and colors with more masculine elements.

As you can see, I have the same sweatshirt on as in look one, just used different accessories. This is my pink look! But I don't think it's all that girly girl, just more "cool girl" or street style.

I added a pair of my Tom Ford sunnies, Rebecca Minkoff bag and old school Nike's.
